An indoor, interactive, high-tech gaming experience called Activate Games has officially opened its first Chicagoland location in Oak Brook, IL, bringing options for Chicagoans looking to also have fun inside this summer. The new entertainment establishment is the company’s second-largest venue at 10,587 square feet with a total of ten game rooms.

Breakout Games, a private escape room experience with 37 locations nationwide, came to Louisville in 2015. Ever since then, the company’s leaders have been looking for more activities that allow friends, family and colleagues to engage one another for a casual night of fun or intense competition.
